Writing better hooks for fitness & gym

The strongest fitness & gym hooks usually do one of three things in the first sentence: name a hyper-specific customer pain, drop a credible statistic, or stake out a contrarian take that earns attention. Pick the angle that fits your offer best — don't try to do all three at once.
