Monthly credit allowances reset each billing cycle. Purchased add-on credit packs don't expire and carry over month to month.

No. Vinora may not be used for sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content, including sexually-oriented materials or pornographic chatbot experiences. Accounts or content that violate this rule may be removed or suspended.

Yes. We currently handle account deletion manually. If you want your account deleted, contact support and we will review and process the request, subject to any records we need to keep for legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Yes. Generated videos and related account content may be stored so you can access them inside your account while the service is active.
