Vinora provides AI-powered tools for creating video ads and related content. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the account, prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with your use of the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time payment
• Billing is handled by third-party payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy
• Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date
• Prices, plan features, and credit allocations may change
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment method accuracy

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the service. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain rights you may have in outputs generated for you. We retain all rights in the service itself, including our software, branding, site content, and underlying technology.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal or security issues. You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your account deleted, contact us and we can process the request manually.
