Vinora respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights, and how we respond to such reports.
1. Reporting Alleged Infringement
If you believe that content available through Vinora infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send us a takedown notice. To be effective, your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (such as a URL or account)
- Your contact information (name, email address, and, where applicable, physical address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
2. Where to Send Notices
Send copyright takedown notices to support@vinora.ai with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. We aim to review valid notices promptly.
3. Our Response
When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and, where appropriate, notify the user who submitted or generated it. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address above. Your counter-notice should identify the removed content, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error, and provide your contact information and signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are the subject of repeated takedown notices, in line with our Terms of Service.
6. Misrepresentation
Please note that under applicable law, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly make a material misrepresentation that content is infringing or was removed in error. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, you may wish to consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
