Credits are your usage balance in Vinora. We deduct them when you generate scripts, videos, or audio. The exact cost depends on what you create, especially video duration, quality, and audio choices, and your balance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.

200 welcome credits let you explore the product and experience the workflow before moving to a paid plan.

When you've used all your credits for the current billing cycle, you'll need to wait until your next cycle for a refresh, or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits. We'll notify you when you're running low so you can plan ahead.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credits added to your balance. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

No long-term contracts or commitments. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits from the previous cycle don't carry over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage to get the most value.
